Visa Invitation Letter Information
General Visa Information for Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic.
It is each attendee’s personal responsibility to research visa requirements for Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic and apply for a visa, if necessary.
Depending on your nationality, if you plan to visit Portugal, Spain or the Czech Republic for up to 90 days, you may need a short-stay Schengen visa. You must apply for a visa from the relevant Portuguese, Spanish or Czech embassy, consulate or representing consular Schengen office in the your country of residence.
Your nationality determines whether or not you are required to apply for a visa. Delegates are asked to visit the respective websites of the local authorities for more information.
Visa Invitation Letters
If you require a visa, it will be necessary to obtain an official letter of invitation from the conference organizers and submit this letter to facilitate the visa process. Please note: letters of invitation are issued to registered and paid attendees only.
To obtain an invitation letter, please follow the steps below. You must complete the process in its entirety in order to receive your letter.
1. Register yourself here and pay your entrance pass via a valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express Credit or Debit Card: https://tesowpsbu.com/participant/registration
2. Send an e-mail to info@tesowpsbu.com with the subject line: Visa Invitation Letter
Please make sure your registration fee for the conference has been paid in full. Requests for invitation letters will not be processed if your registration is unpaid.
If approved, your visa invitation letter will be sent to you via email.
